Keeping Durham
money in Durham.

OUR MISSION

Our drive is to disrupt systemic economic injustice and preserve Durham's unique culture through strategic community partnerships. Most developers and Real Estate Development structures are insufficient to meet all the needs of the communities they serve. We’ve adopted strategies that work with the culture, not against it. The buildings are half of it, our tenants make good places great.

Meet Amos

Durham has been my home for over 35 years. After attending Durham Public Schools and North Carolina Central University, I jumped into what would become a successful 21 year career within the financial industry with a focus on banking and venture capital. As a successful minority small business owner, I understand the challenges of economic barriers. During a time of exponential growth, many local small business owners are being overlooked, priced, and pushed out of the Durham market. It is also important to note that less than 2% of venture capital goes to Black Founders. As a community we can change that narrative and my goal is to increase real estate access for minority small business owners. Lift as you climb. Passion over profit.
